1. i'm going to try to post an interesting recipe each day that i find online.....if you find some too, please post them.....this could be really fun.....so here is the first one:

    Justin Wilson's Barbecue Sauce

    3 cups onions, chopped
    1/4 cup honey
    1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 cup sweet pepper, chopped
    1 tablespoon salt
    1/2 cup parsley, dried
    3 tablespoons Lea and Perrins
    1 cup dry white wine
    1/2 tablespoon mint, dried
    3 tablespoons vinegar
    1 tablespoon liquid smoke
    2 cups ketchup
    1/2 tablespoon Louisiana hot sauce

Place all ingredients in a pot that is big enough to hold them. Bring to a boil. Cook, covered, on low heat for several hours. From Justin Wilson's "Outside Cooking with Inside Help"
  2. As much as I love Justin's stuff, I ain't found a better BBQ sauce than Rib Crib's!!
  3. Rib Crib is so good. Founded in my hometown of Tulsa!! Someone who has some money needs to open a franchise down here in Baton Rouge.
  4. looks like they will soon be selling their products on line. hyperlink below is to the rib crib store.

  5. I don't care for Rib Crib. I like their chicken but that is about it.

If you ever make it back up to OKC, try Swadley's BBQ. It's the best that I've ever had.
