How does your reputation increase/decrease? Sorry for asking a simple question for most, but I am pretty new on here and have not figured it out yet... unless the more you post, the higher your rep gets? When you find a post that deserves rep points, click on the thumb icon at the left of the post. You can post positive rep for a person if you liked the post. You can also post negative for a post you think is uncalled for. But you risk retaliatory bad rep when you do. So save it for one that you really feel strongly about. Contributors can see who gives them rep, good or bad.

Go to top of page and click on "Control Panel" on the drag menu click Master Control Panel and you will see a small list.
