How do you leave reputation?

On the left hand side of each post under the users info is a small "thumbs up" icon. Click on that!

The only member I see the thumbs up under is myself.

That and you have to be a contributing member.

Ok, that is what I thought but wasn't sure. I'm hoping to be a contributing member sometime this week...
