I believe he's simply a fan facvorite that's always been hyped up to be considerably better than he actually is. He's a solid player, but nowhere near NFL caliber.
He is a good catching TE. Not a huge guy. He's sometimes listed at 6 foot 3 but I'd say that he's 6 foot 2 which is relatively small for an NFL TE. The fact that he didn't get thrown to the past 2 years hurt his stock tremendously b/c of the fact that he is mostly a catching TE. He will get on with a team in the NFL, but I don't know if he will be drafted. He got screwed over this year and I don't know if it is b/c of Jordan Jefferson or if Crowton didn't fit him into the play calling. Dickson thinks it was the former. Maybe he'll turn some heads at pro day....it's his only chance. I wish him and his little bro nothing but the very best.
