Yeah that is correct.

 

I would imagine so because Tenneessee, his other "finalist" already has 26 commitments faxed in already.

 

As Nick Saban once said, if a kid thinks there is really a choice between LSU and Tulane (or, in this case, South Florida), we don't want him anyway.

In other words, Francois should be a Tiger soon.
