By that logic show me where it's a constitutional right to have babies in the first place.

Having babies is not a listed right in the Constitution, either. Nor is eating, drinking, sleeping, having sex.

So, if a state says that nobody over the age of 60 can have sex because it doesn't have a procreative reason is that a "states' right" that Alito would uphold?

Wrong again. Eating drinking and sleeping is life, sex after 60 is the pursuit of happiness.
