    if the the fumble happens on your side of the field and it's 3rd down

    if the QB fumbled and it's 2nd down and you have 2 time outs the ball will be spotted based on what the side judge thinks

    if a WR fumbles and it's 3rd down the play is a no play and the ball is spotted at the point of the snap

  3. I believe the flag wasn't thrown on the hit in the end zone because TM7 slowed up well before crossing the goal line- just to rub it in- which didn't sit right with the zebras= no flag.

    At least that's how it looked to me.
