Russell or Flynn?

Who do you think should get the most PT as the year comes to an end?

Just so you know, Russ has only 1 more TD pass then Flynn this year.

I think Flynn definitely deserves some playing time if possible. He is still a very unknown commodity and needs to get some more game experience. Jamarcus in my opinion needs to hit the film room for a while.

I thought it was more. LSUsports.net said that Russell has only thrown 2 td's this year. I tried to copy it but the stat pg. is missing now. Oh well!

 

I want Matt Flynn to at least be given a fair shot. Give him some serious mop-up time this year. Next year, start him for one game against a weaker opponent, perhaps Mississippi State. If he stinks up the field, fine, lesson learned, quickly put JR in to put the game away, no harm done.

And I agree about Russell spending more time in the film room. He's got the physical tools, but he needs to work on his football IQ. I'm sure it will come with time though.
