1. My cousin from Birmingham just called me and told me Saban is getting into some trouble in Tuscaloosa. About a week ago three of his players, including an un-named starter, got into some kind of a fight. No details were available, however, the police were called in and the started got into an altercation with an officer. Since then Saban has not taken any action at all. Then at least one other player, and perhaps another, also got into some trouble and Saban tried to cover it up. It is just hitting the media now. Finebaum is wondering what is going on. Saban was supposed to be a disciplinarian. Finebaum said when you pay a coach $4 million, you expect more from him. My cousin did not have any details about the incidents. Does anyone have any details about this?
  2. Let's not spit up in the air........you know what happens when we do that?? :)

    Good post though!:hihi:
  3. Admittedly the information is sketchy and right now it has to be classified as a rumor. Buy my cousin said the radio stations are starting to cover it. I posted it because I was hoping some of our Bama members might be able to shed some light on it.
  4. :thumb:

Sure Terry will have some insight for us.
  5. In Tuscaloosa they refer to him as "The Pope."

  6.
  7. Based only on this information, I am calling for bama to get the death penalty, SMU-style.
  8. He'll know the details but he won't be at liberty to divulge them to mere mortals like us.:hihi:

  9. It was more of an altercation than a fist fight and Saban has mentioned to people that he was pissseed (heard he had to come home from his lake excursion). He has already said he wants to wait and get all the details and not rush to make a decision.
  10. That's not fair because we'd call for them to get the death penalty even if they weren't doing anything wrong.
