    This "process of the catch" rule is a big steaming truckload of horseshit, and Sean Payton is Biff Tanner today. Based on those two plays, it is clear that what has been a catch for the first 80 years of NFL history is no longer a catch

    Cooks racked up 2 catches at an average of 3.5 yds per catch in the first quarter. But he also had a 20 yarder negated by a penalty
