Detillier lists him at 270, but says he can easily carry another 15 pounds.

More from Detillier...."rough around the edges as a technician, but if you would carve a defensive end and give him what you need athletically, he would look like Davenport."...."watch his closing speed....not seen much" .... "still developing a group of moves and countermoves, but getting better"..."huge arm length makes him difficult to throw over, and is a major disruptive force coming off the edge."...."needs work on using his arms and hands, has a tendency to rise too high out of his stance and let blockers get into his torso."

Falcons draft Ridley. Would rather see him in black and gold than teaming up with Julio Jones.

In the next couple of years he will be Jones' replacement, not compliment. Jones is approaching 30 and has a huge contract.

I like the pick but dang. Would he have still been there at 27? I'm sure Loomis and Payton did their homework, so probably not. I obviously have zero knowledge about the inner workings of the NFL draft, but I sometimes it seems like we go all in right off the bat instead of slow playing it. For some reason, I feel like this could have been done with one 1 and 5 instead of two 1s, but what do I know?

It wasn't 2 ones... We gave them a 1 (27) for the 1 (14) they had, plus a 1 and 5... If this works out and we do win the Superbowl, that 1 next year will be a 32...
