    Half time score: SC - 3; Miss St - 0. The second half should be interesting. Wonder if Spurrier thought the Gamecocks would be having this much trouble scoring.

    I think MSU will be better off with the mobile backup qb in the game, even if he's never played. At least it can't hurt. Their offensive line is terrible. I thought there would be some improvement this year, maybe not. Then again, Nix is a good DC.
