School is on??????

What the heck - no school for brcc - no school for southeastern - why in the world are we still having school at lsu???????????????????

That would be soooo great - but why are they waiting for the last minute possible???? They should have told us tonight geeeeez!

 

I thought this thing was supposed to hit this weekend? If so, why would class be cancelled?

 

Because all east baton rouge classes are cancelled, brcc, southeastern are all cancelled and the winds and rain are suppose to hit tommorrow.

 

prolly cuz this things a lot closer than we realized.

 

schools will have class if at all possible.. I believe it is state law for colleges that if they miss so many days, they have to make some up at the end of the semester or during breaks...

 

We've already had this semester extended by one week due to Katrina. I'd bet that the next option is for us to lose fall break.
