Georgia has been the most consistent team; hardly the most dominant over the last 10. Using win totals as the only measure of ranking is weak. UF should be #1 (if you're ranking dominance), including the Zook years. Every SEC program has had a downturn. UF's highs were better then UGA and their lows were better the LSU's over the last 10 years.
