    I'm sure if Mizzo would join the SEC, interest in College football would increase in Missouri's metro areas, as long as they are competitive.

    Ya know .. since Mizzou borders both TN and KY, they could be the balance team to put in the east. You end up with SEC 14, with Mizzou balancing out the east and west, with TN and KY supplying the natural rivalries of adjacent states.

    Or we could give AU and Ole Piss to the east, thus splitting up the AL and MS., thus keeping MooSt and Bama in the West.

    OTOH .. if Bama leaves, that pretty much gurantees LSU to be in the SEC NCG every year.

    Conference team distribution geography has nothing to do with real geography.

    of course... but figured if you 'bust up' alabama the same should be done to mississippi ;)
