SEC Tournament (Men's, duh)

after checking out the bracket, i like how it's laid out.

LSU plays Vandy/Aub winner. couldnt ask for better.

then the winner of UGA/Ark vs UF.

id like to see the tigers get another crack at UF.

The only thing I don't like is the possibility of playing Vandy in their backyard. It's not on their home court, but they'll have the fan support and the luxury of not having to travel. Not a huge deal, but it does give Vandy a little bit of an edge.

I'll be rooting for Auburn to beat Vandy...

 

How well do their hoops fans actually travel, and how many are there? I know when I went to the Vandy football game in October, they were outnumbered in their own stadium by LSU fans. But maybe they support basketball a little better... they've certainly had a little more success in it.

 

They average over 12,000, which is 4th in the league.

That's about the same attendance for their football games.:wink:

 

Vandy fans like basketball more than football....Vandy is more of a "basketball school".

 

i'd love to get another shot at uga....

 

I would like to see LSU play Kentucky or Bama in the finals. Kentucky b/c I hate them and I want to see Tubby cry when his NCAAT chances fall short and Bama b/c they kicked our @$$ last time we played them.
