1. For him to play LB at the size he is now he would make one HUGE LB!
IMO i think he could make the change if he drops his weight.

  2. I've never seen a 302 pound Linebacker..rofl.:)
  3. From what I understand they are running a lot of soft zone coverages. We all know Corey is best at jamming at the line and playing man coverage.
  4. I'll tell you what happened to our CB's this year. They didn't have the same front four(Lavalais & Hill) wreaking havoc on the qb's. CB's will always look like superstars when the qb is either on his back or getting rid of the ball before he's ready. Also, Saban said that the only game CW played healthy in was the Oregon State game.
  5. I think that and the fact that we lost Hunt, out well known defensive leader last year, who also made the defensive backfield audibles, basically telling the CB's and safeties what to look for and expect.

Though I have to add one thing here: Webster did not have a bad year at all, especially considering he was injured for the most part of the year.
  6. how can you be a "manchild" at 22? big herm is/was a manchild
  7. are there free sites with good senior bowl info?
  8. We don't have the same pass rush that we had last year. It's not always all on the corner backs. A good pass rush can make a CB look that much better.
  9. Next month, at the NFL combine, Jones will work out with the quarterbacks. It's something he wants to do, perhaps so he won't have to ask himself "What if?" In the meantime, Jones has made the catch of the week for the South team thus far, going deep and beating LSU corner Corey Webster on Monday
