I missed the game, but saw that Quinn Johnson scored a TD. Anything else good happen from the Tigers in the game?

    Big Herm did outstanding.

Quinn also caught 3 passes for 21 yards.

I missed the game so I have nothing else.

    Oh, the South won.

John Parker Wilson was named Offensive MVP for the senior bowl..

I'm so rubbing that in the 'McElroy/Jackson are better than JPW' crowds face at work.

:geaux: Happy to hear Quinn did a great job and had a fantastic game. :thumb: Didn't see the game either. Hopefully Quinn will be playing on Sunday's but if not, thanks for all the hard work and sacrifice at LSU! No one will ever be ever to take that National Championship away from you! Thanks again and good luck. :LSU231:

Quinn will definitely be opening holes next year for someone. Who ever gets him will have a great asset.

I heard he was struggling during practice - particularly when the put him at RT.

    According to Pete Fuitak,

"- John Parker Wilson is not a starting NFL quarterback. If he's playing in a real, live NFL game, that team is in huge trouble"

In another note, I didn't realize Rhett Bomar is in this game. Any word on where he'll go in the draft? I completely lost track of that guy once he was kicked off OU's team.

It sounds like Beckwidth had a heck of a game, and Fuitak said that Herman Johnson was erasing OLinemen.

There is a reason he didn't play tackle when he was that big. Normally he would have projected as an OT. He could have played RT here so there must be a reason. I think he would have problems with speed rushers on the edge.

Bomar went to Stephen F. Austin after getting kicked out of OU. One of the teachers at my school was his 8th grade English teacher in Grand Prairie, and she kept up with him since she's a SFA grad.
