The Server and software were upgraded. New threads can now be created I apologize for the downtime. I wasn't receiving notifications and have been off-grid.
I'm having issues uploading .png file using the Upload a File function. Also, the same .png file I tried to just paste inline into the post also gave a generic failure error (a server error occurred, please try again later).
