Loston hadn't been interviewed yet so him talking to RS about it didn't violate any rules. I'm pretty sure it was Miles that discussed what happened and how it happened.
Yes it did or he wouldn't be in trouble. It doesn't matter if they hadn't been interviewed yet, the NCAA doesn't want them colluding on answers or coloring their stories based on what they heard from somebody else.
Is Loston in trouble? I haven't heard anything about him being in trouble and the NCAA already knows they talked so I can't imagine that he broke any rules. RS was interviewed and told not to discuss it and he did so there's no doubt he broke rules but not Loston.
