I think the charges against the Saints were BS and were solely motivated by a PR move to make the NFL look like they were doing something about teh concussion issue. If you have not seen the Frontline (PBS) documentary "League of Denial", its worth a watch.

I think the deflated balls issue is a non-scandal and is ultimately the fault of the NFL for not having the officiating crew control game balls. I don't think videogate rose to a level of suspension and the Pats were penalized in the forma of draft picks taken away.
