    yeah, i'd be interested in their assessment of that as well. i know LSU's schedule is tough, but i don't see how that can be reason to lower their ranking.

    They probably looked at our personnel issues with an inexperienced QB and brand new DC and went the conservative route. As far as I know, GT returns much of the offense that ran the triple option last year and there wasn't a shakeup in the coaching staff.

    yeah I remember their triple-option being killer, while we pounded it down their throat with a true freshman QB.

    Yeah, GT being ranked ahead of us ticks me off, too. The way I see it, we can only have gotten better since we whipped their @$$es up and down the field in January. Jeez.

    Is it me, or did they mess up their bowl projections, technically speaking? They have Rutgers being in the Sugar Bowl as #1 in the Big East, but I thought #1 in the Big East always went to the Orange Bowl against #1 ACC unless one of them made the NC.
