Posting this for shane, kinda. The other night at my house he saw these and of course he idolizes me so much he wants to get some. Such a copy cat.

I bought these for fried eggs. I cook my scrambled eggs in one piece and not a bunch of chunks. When I fry an egg (one of my daughters sometimes asks for one fried) I had a hard time controlling the white without breaking the yoke and mixing it in. These work well.

Those things look like a remote controlled yoke for a rat

I have two drawers full of kitchen gadgets as it is. I do not require my eggs to be perfectly round and I like my scrambled eggs to be scrambled. This is something I can live without.

In fact I need to weed out seldom-used kitchen gadgets anyway. Like the 75-year-old rolling pin I inherited from my Mom. I didn't have one and it seemed like something I should have, so i took it home. Never used it once.

They are neat, but I'm not so incompetent that I can't fry an egg and not screw it up. If I need it perfectly round for some reason I will cut the bottom out of a tuna can.

I even have a metal hammer made for beating meat. I have never used it. I have used my inherited rolling pin when I make biscuits from scratch. Which I have done 2or 3 times ever

I was thinking bovine birth control.
You know the saying....one man's trash blah blah blah. I suspect we all have gadgets that we bought or inherited that seemed like a good idea at the time and ended up never getting used. My favorite gadget is this little grater/zester. I wasn't sure how much it would get used but turns out it's quite a bit.

I inherited my dad's garlic roaster....

Really? I would have thought it was a tree ornament. I suppose you could grate one of those tiny cheese balls to make a tiny taco . . .

Tiny cheese balls? Would those belong to a dwarf rat? Thing is, my knife skills could use some work and better eyesight. I find the grater helps me when I need minced garlic.
