Are you a chef or something?? Basing my judgement on the appearance of the forum today I would have to guess an Italian chef?????

nope. not a chef. just grew up cooking alot (mother's italian) and love doing it (very relaxing).

Snorton does come up with some great recipes.......much appreciated.
