No doubt aTm is legit and will be a team to be reckoned with. Give them credit. However give LSU credit: 1) We beat aTm in their house no doubt and we did stop J Football when we adjusted. 2) The toll the Tigers took on the gumps was obvious. We beat them up physically and drained them emotionally. 3) We exposed their weakness and even though our offenses are different we showed where the gump weakness is. 4) By showing the gumps could be beat we gave aTm the confidence they could as well. I wonder what would have happened if the games had been reversed and Bama played aTm before we did?
I gave us the credit beforehand. Every year we play Bama their following week is a downer; same with us. Been this way since saban and les have squared off. Luckily we had moo u instead or the results are likely similar as bamas. I said mett would expose Bama some. That dream was realized even in a loss. And that the blueprint was laid. Sorta I guess. Scheduling Aggies didn't seem imposing to them prior to the season but that game was lurking like Sandusky in the shadows.
