Pelosi became Speaker of the House and Reid became Senate Majority leader in 2007. Like I said, that's when Dems got power. Bush, his wars and his "compassionate conservatism" certainly aided an abetted the economic decline but all of this is happen ing on the Dem's watch.

maybe it is true, but it is largely irrelevant. both parties have been all about horrific economic policy for quite some time now.
There is no denying that the economy has gotten far worse since the Dems took power in 2007. We can debate the causes til the cows come home but that is a fact. Funny how, according to "The Book of Red", that everything that happened on "Bush's watch" was Bush's fault.
