Do any of you know where I can find a good sports radio broadcast on the internet? Need something good to listen to at work.
Nope, this station is crap! I was just listening to that station and some asswipe on there said, "We are one game away from proving that the BCS system works. If Michigan beats Ohio State we have the two best teams playing in the national championship, USC and Oklahoma." Made no mention of LSU! Then the other guy said, "Doesn't LSU have only one loss?" So the first guy responded with, "Yeah, I think they do." What an idiot! Then they both proceed to say that the Independence bowl has been done away with!
that is the beauty of a good station...if you get mad at it, they are doing their jobs. keep in mind this is a Dallas station, and the two morons you were listening to hail from Ohio and Wisconsin originally, thus there distain for southern teams.
Leave the little Ticket alone. What they lack in SEC football knowledge, they more than make up for in fun. Besides, we get FOX and ESPN radio here in the metroplex, and during my lunch hour I heard Rome and Dan Patrick both say it comes down to OU and USC. It doesn't matter. If the Tigers take care of business, the praise will come.
That's going to be what would make it great. If LSU wins out and Ohio State loses to Michigan, they'll be looking at the BCS Rankings in a few weeks going, "Where the hell did LSU come from? Why'd they get so close to USC? Didn't we already say USC was the second best team?"
