You know what burns me? The talking heads think that Saban will leave if he wins another SEC championship and/or National Championship. Why didn't they think that when Coker won one? Or when Fulmer won one? Or when Tressel won?

IF (BIG IF) Saban decides to leave (please don't), I could live with Spurrier as our coach....only if we run it up on Auburn and Florida annually.

I think it is a good thing that Saban is mentioned. I think we all know he isn't going anywhere, especially with his comments last week in Mobile. So since we know he isn't going anywhere anytime soon, its a real complement to how great of a coach we have.....

Saban said last night that he loves LSU and loves living here and plans on staying a long time! I don't think I have ever heard him say that before, but he said that right after a caller wished he would stay for 25 more years.

Saban said he is working a deal with lord to make it to 80, he is 52 now. 25 more years at LSU is possible if the deal gets done.

I don't think Saban would build such a good football, with so much potential, and then just walk away. He is building a powerhouse program that could go down in history as one of the best in college football. What man in his right mind would just give that away? I believe that Saban will enjoy a few more years at LSU, then possibly leave after a couple of National Championships. Until then, the media can speculate all they want.

As far as Spurrier is concerned, I can't imagine him coming back to the SEC unless he goes back to Florida. I just don't think he would want to play against the progran that he built. I think that Clemson would be a logical choice, if only to dominate the ACC(UM and FSU).
