i have been wondering about this. they have been working on those bars since they finished rebuilding the west side upper section. and like said before, they would take them down just to out them back up again. i was looking at it yesterday and it looks like they are FINALLY finished playing with it. from the bottom it looks like it would really get in the way, but for the spring game i was up there and you see right through them.
