That's probably it. At Auburn, on the last night of their visit we serve them dinner on the field at night. Then show them highlights of our past season on the jumbotron, highlights of them in highschool, and let them walk out of the tunnel etc.
Maybe they are actually working on our stadium...Has anyone worked on it since the fall? Seriously, noticed the lights...thought same thing.
The stadium has progressed quite a bit since the end of the season. They are putting some kind of tile on the outside of the new west upper deck. It looks very nice...it's not just that old worn out grey cement anymore. Sort of a tan colored tile. Pretty soon there will be quite a bit of glass that will look really cool with the lights on! The stadium is starting to look like all of those projected pictures. Very Cool!!!!
i would think that any stadium work is being done during the day now.. no rush and its cheaper to pay the workers that way...
Those big lights need to be "burned" a few times a month. You will probably see them on a good bit in the off season.
