1. That is what happens when strict rules are considered a substitute for good judgment.
  2. Title IX should only apply to what falls under the auspices of any given entity disbursing funds (if it receives federal funds). Actually it was initially intended for education and not athletics. Course back then women went to college to get their M.R.S. rather than their P.H.D.

    Any who, parent donations should definitely be exmept and if that insignificant size of a "bleacher" is a Title IX app, I'd say this shyt has done a 180 and is now discriminating against males.

  4. Agree. Parent donations should be exempt. Nothing stopping the softball parents from raising money and upping their game so to speak. Demolishing the bleachers solves nothing and likely added to animosity amongst parents and the kids.
