Buffett would be a fool to take the job. He won't have the leeway that made him a gazillionaire. I don't think Arnold is even eligible because he is not a natural born citizen. Don't cabinet members have to meet the same qulifications as the President? I mean the SOE is 13th in line for the Presidency. Kerry would be a plain old terrible Secretary of State. If he appoints someone that far left it will be really hard for him to work with moderate Republicans.
If i remember right, Madeline Albright was not a natural born citizen and she was SoS. I think the rights of succession just pas right over that individual.
