This Saturday's game against State will be out of hand in the first quarter. State lost last night to Maine 9-7. Maine had not even played a Div 1-A team since 1991 when they played Rutgers. State might be one of the worst SEC teams in the past 20 years.

Some of you LSU fans out there that are so upset over last nites game.
It could be worse, we could be in MSU's shoes and have been.
    Remember Dinardo's last year?

Croom will do a good job at State, but he has a steep hill to climb. Sherrill left the cupboard beyond bare.

Hmmmm....I still think Vandy is the worst SEC team in the past 20 years. At least MSU made a SECCG appearance in recent memory and have at least been competitive in football for the majority of their existance.

I'm saying that this years MSU team could be the worst in 2 decades in the SEC. I'm not comparing their past 20 years. Vandy atleast beat Div. 1-AA teams.

MSU had 2 very good years I believe in '97-'98 but that was about it. Maybe '98-'99

Do you live in Livingston? Cuz this was a nice racist remark having nothing to do with the topic of this thread. He's not a media darling. He's the first black coach in, not only the major conference of the south, but in MISSISSIPPI. That's a freakin big deal. Get over it. Plus, he was screwed by his alma mater, Alabama, and passed over for that job 2 years ago. He's a qualified coach, who's done his time and earned the job, and he's bringing dignity and respect back to that program. It will take some time to make the program a major contender in the SEC again, but I think he will do it. And I wish him all the luck in the world.

So get over it, little kkk boy.
