Still Waiting
  1. Are we still waiting on Ricky Francios and Desean Jackson. These 2 should bump us to a top 15 class.
  2. At least Francois, Jackson would be the great surprise we are all waiting for.

    I think Ryan is trying to work his magic with this kid.

    If we get both, LSU will finish top 15 possibly. It will be close.
  3. I was just wondering about Jackson. He looked really good in the All Star game, except for diving to the endzone part. That sucked.

    Although we have WR's and RB's in the cupboard we have to keep them coming.
    I think next year we will need to focus on the OL and DL and DB guys b/c we are loaded at the QB,RB,WR, etc.
  4. No, biggest area of concern will be LB. We only got Beckwith, and he was only rated 3 stars by rival.
  5. We also have Harry Coleman comming in as a Grey Shirt from last year.
  6. He should be a four star though. Good kid with great speed and he can put some hits on people!
  7. 1) Beckwith is actually a 4-star by rivals

    2) It's a well-known fact that HS seniors who commit early don't get the star rating that late commits get. Can't necessarily explain it, guess it's just cause the recruiting sites don't bother with them.. they're not going to be bringing on the site hits since they're a "known quantity"
  8. I'm not holding my breath on Jackson, but it would be great if RP could lure him here. He was unstoppable in the AA All Star game.
