1. Spree played for the Knicks for a couple of years (did make it to the finals during the strike season***)..... He's about 90 now and sucks on defense. Kinda like Gary "the glove" Payton when he hit the wall a few years back.

Tell me when Damen stoudamire played for the Knicks...

  2. When I said both, I meant Van Gundy and Spree dude...

And oh, so now u change your tune...

He would be a bad fit b/c he is old now?

Well he sure played well this last season, and sure could do well with T-Mac's attention-drawing capibility
  3. he can't play like he did four years ago....... see Gary Payton.

call it aging or whatever else you'd like......

btw, I'm not the one who just nutted in my pants because I thought bringing in two crackheads to my favorite team was a good thing.......
  4. they don't need him to be THE MAN: they have T-Mac...

That is what I JUST tried to explain! :)
  5. Look kid.....

You're missing the point. It's bad enough those two crackheads are old and past their prime(that's ok, I know they don't have to be "the man") both of those guys are complete nut cases and are nothing but cancer in the locker-room.....

Stoudamire reminds me of JR Rider
  6. Yeah... You're right... you know them personally probably!

I'll trust the Rockets GM over your management though! :)
  7. not hard to make it when you have a billion people voting for you

anyone know the story on jay williams? a si article about his rehab mentioned that the rockets were one of the teams interested if he was able to return this year.

  8. You got to love the fact that any chinq with a computer (billions) will make sure Yao Ming will start every all-star game until they change the way they pick starters. Yao even started over Shaq two years ago... I think Shaq had the 2nd or 3rd most votes out of all the all-stars, yet still had to come off the bench. Not that the all-star game means a damn thing. I think Shaq even won the mvp of that game.
  9. Jay is probably gonna be a Bull again, b/c they aren't welcoming Duhon back.
  10. Good for Stro...this is great for him. He'll get to start at his true position, get lots of minutes, and he gets the pay he deserves.

I don't mind Stoudamire playing there. He's matured and probably wants to play for a contender. They need somebody with handles who can dish it and he's not bad at that.

To sign Spree on the other hand I don't really understand. I used to like this guy when he was at Golden State until the "choking incident". The guy really screwed up the chemistry of the T-Wolves last year and iti's obvious that he was the main reason they had such a bad year. But you never know, maybe his reunion with JVG will be alright.
