lets assume for minute that LSU wins the SEC. (Yes I know) The are saying LSU would Play Hawaii in the Sugar Bowl. Can you think of a worse scenario for New Orleans and the Sugar bowl. I am pretty sure Hawaii is not known for "Their traveling hordes of fans" like a Va Tech or Az State would bring. So you would have a team that is about as far from New Orleans as possible and a team who the majority of their fans lives an hour or less away and many disappointed to be there, (which for the record I find silly, I for one am not this team could be 12-2 and SEC champs, i will take that any day)
It isn't often that I can say this, but I agree with you wholeheartedly!:hihi: Great point you bring up. Maybe somehow Hawaii can lose next week, and Illinois will come to town instead...a la 2001, including the UT/LSU SECCG. Hopefully, the results will be the same on our part!
If you are impressed enough with LSU to want to see them play in the Sugar Bowl, buy a ticket and come on down.....:huh:
