  1. Rubio down to 19.2 % in Texas. Cruz campaign will be urging Rubio to get out of the race after tonight. Cruz has most assuredly assumed the mantle of 2nd place and chief rival to Trump moving forward.

    Rubio desperately needed to win Virginia and Arkansas.

    Cruz just declared winner in Oklahoma.
