Ironically, it's just like that here in Alpharetta, Georgia. It's like a little Berlin .... the cops are agressive and have a habit of staking out the bar/restaurant areas where alcohol is commonly served. In many cases, they know someone's been drinking before they even pull them over. Checkpoints are common also. The Alpharetta PD and neighboring Milton PD follow a serious enforcement process.
