From espn- Sebastian Telfair, the 18-year-old, 6-foot point guard who is a cousin of New York Knicks guard Stephon Marbury, announced his intention to enter the NBA draft at a news conference Tuesday afternoon. He has signed with an agent. Hopefully, this will impact Bass' potential spot in the draft. I tend to think Bass is still a top 20 player but have no idea where this kid will be drafted.
I don't think this is news to anybody. This kid has been saying he was making the jump since early last year.
