Ten Juniors Declared?

Miles prides himself in his graduation rates. To listen to him talk, that's the most important thing, and the first thing he hits them with before they decide to leave. But what can he really do? It IS their decision to leave early or stay for their degree.

 

They can always get their degree, I mean they completed 3 years, what's one more in the off season.
