They had to get rid of Davey Crocket and the new ones are pretty sad.... They are the Tennessee Volunteers not Tennessee Hounds.

That is pretty dumb. I got nothing against UT, but that's retarded. How volunteer translates into hound dog, I do not know.

Oh man.. That is one of the funniest logos ever! Laughing hysterically at the little puppy!!!

 

Two thoughts.

1. Tenn is trying so "soften" its thug image with a puppy.

2. I feel sorry for the puppy. Poor thing has to live with the ridicule of being associated with Tennessee atheletics.
