I was wondering the same thing....his last activity was in August. He lives here in Charleston and for the last game game he invited me over for some Dreamland ribs at a local bar. I think i chose to stay home with my neighbor who is a bama grad and didnt have to drink and drive. I am sure he is around Tidefans somewhere.

No he didn't. Terry left after being ragged severely by a couple of local regulars and it just wasn't fun for him anymore. We have a few here who make life miserable for rival posters, even the friendly ones. I've never understood this.
That is one thing i can completely agree with you on. I am fine with hammering the stupid visitors, but we do get some very intelligent ones that unfortunately get destroyed as well.
Terry is a great guy, but I think his inability to refrain posting "inside information" where he couldn't provide a source made people give him a hard time.
Was he the guy who claimed to have high up connections in the Bama administration, and claimed to have all this inside knowledge but never shared any of it. If I remember right his posts went like this: I can tell you that you are wrong about X. I have sources that have shown me (insert vague rumors found all over the internet).
