why was TE's thread closed? I have not noticed a change in moderation, but closing the thread is suspicious. I do believe that it is important to remember that if we wanted to only read quotable sources we all would just watch the news. The excitement of rumors is most of the draw to internet sites. I know that I get in conversations with colleagues every day that are based solely on rumors. Yes, the last month might have required stricter moderation, but let us not forget why many of us are here in the first place.

if you make any noise, pretty soon your thread will be "poof", mysteriously missing. sounds like the "administration" is coming down on the blogosphere. wouldn't want another dan rather incident, would we?

This is not worth it gang. This is the BEST place to discuss LSU period. Its one of the reasons I gave 5 times the min amount for my contribution.

No moderator is perfect, its all a judgement call and for the most part the moderation here has been superb. Ive never had anything deleted so I dont know what that feels like but as long as we arent just sunshine pumping in purple and gold colored glasses (and its never been that way) I cant imagine a better place to hang out and talk LSU. Especially for those of us that are not in BR anymore.
