Actually .. the answer is NO! People are under the assumption that you must be vaccinated to go to school, but this is actually false. Further, more relevant to the question, no school mandates a flu vaccine, simply because it is just not that deadly in that demographic, and neither is COVID. A 500% increase, where the absolute numbers are 1-5 is NOT alarming. Do some kids end up in the hospital? Yes they do. Funny though, every "poster child" I've seen on the TV is FAT! Obesity is a risk factor for COVID. I don't mean to be crude, but .. hey ... get your fat ass kid out of the house, stop feeding them twinkies and chips, lose the weight, get healthy, and COVID in this demographic becomes completely a non-issue.
