It hasn't been about the right to vote. It has been about the how to vote.

It doesn't seem like exercising your right to vote when someone can knock on your door, register you to vote on the spot, give you a mail in ballot, and then take it to the post office for you. It seems like someone else is exercising your right to vote. You did no exercise at all.
