You don’t need to kill every person to destroy or take a city. If it comes to military action, there is no question the US would prevail in a counter strike, but then what? I don’t think we can be much meaner to Kim. Nor do we need to be. I would hope at some point we could remove all troops.

I’ve already answered which dictators he has embraced. The NK policy is looney. On one hand he’s exchanging "love letters" and then he is threatening. I read that the NK nuc program has continued, though they appear to have curtailed long range missile testing.
could you remind me of these dictators? could you tell me the proper policy with respect to dealing with kim, and how he would react to your improved policy?
