I don’t think we can be much meaner to Kim. Nor do we need to be. I would hope at some point we could remove all troops.

I’ve already answered which dictators he has embraced. The NK policy is looney. On one hand he’s exchanging "love letters" and then he is threatening. I read that the NK nuc program has continued, though they appear to have curtailed long range missile testing.
