The club was fine imo. He had a brain fart and tried to punch it when his caddy said he needed a touch more than a full swing. That's all on Mickelson. I'm still shocked he did that. take that away and just make one of the two five foot putts he missed in the last 5 holes and he's in the playoff.

 

It wasnt the right club for that swing. He hits 8 and swings it like that and it goes stiff. Mickelson is a long hitter so he should have been able to get a 9 there. He was out driving Tiger all day by a substantial margin. He phucked up because that double took the wind from his sails.

 

I enjoyed watching it. The weather was great. But I was disappointed in the play. No one went out and took the game. It was more of a win by attriition. And Perry will remember that 10 foot put on 18 for the rest of his life.

 

So that's why Obama isn't in your regular foursome? :hihi:
