Folks complain about the expense for a low body count. I like the message that is sent to all the midgets with bad hair cuts that hide nukes in mountains. And other midgets as well.

 

I would not get too excited about the MOAB use in North Korea. It is not really deployable except in a total air superiority environment, (it is dropped from a cargo plane) and that would not be NK.
