1. Anybody got a coin? Willie Nelson and Robert Plant both in Baton Rouge March 10. Same time, separate venues.
  2. This song just popped up on my radar from Lil DIckey...dude cracks me up. Would never hear a hip hip song even sniff bringing up financial sense.

  3. Where's plant going. I know Willie is at the TX club
  4. Still working on tickets.
  5. Have to find out. I threw away the newspaper insert with the info
  6. Plant at the River Center. Tickets from $89 to $497. Willie tickets are $69.95-$79.95. $89 Plant tickets are in the nosebleed section. I've seen Led Zeppelin a couple of times but I don't know what to expect of Robert Plant & The Sensational Spacemen. With Willie you know what you're getting.
  7. I saw Plant in concert but not with that group. He's old as phuck now, hell he was old then, but he can still sing and entertain. I've never seen Willie but if I had a choice, I'd see Plant again.

  8. Did he do a lot of Zeppelin songs of music of the same genre or was he different?

Plant is 67. Willie is 82. Plant tickets are graduated almost row by row from $85 to $497.

I'm not going to pay $85 to sit in the back row and I'm damn sure not going to pay $200 or so for the middle or $400 for up close. Plant is playing in a concert venue. Willie is playing at a club. I can buy lots of drinks at the club with the money I save by not buying Plant tickets.
  9. we'll be at willie fest more than likely. my dad took me to see willie when i was a kid and delbert mcclinton opened for him if i recall. willie had a big ass american flag that covered the backdrop.

i was buying joe bonamassa tickets awhile back playing in new orleans knowing most people havent heard of him. two tickets were 600 bucks (or up). Not sure who this cat thinks he is but that was disappointing.
  10. I like Bonamassa but that's crazy.
